Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window on all original paintings. This allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your piece.

For a return to be processed, the item should be in the same condition as received, complete with its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Each fine art print is crafted to order with meticulous care, so we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or changes of mind as we do not keep inventory on hand.

However, if an item is misprinted/damaged/defective, then a claim may be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. 
Refunds and exchanges are accepted if there are mistakes or problems with the order. 


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fayechanart.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
